Organisation and Support for Professional Cooperation and Support

School management, secretarial office, staff room, meeting rooms – the organisational units of a school often lead a shadowy existence in the educational debate. Yet these spaces have a decisive influence on how efficiently a school works and how everyone involved feels. Their design is therefore not a minor matter, but an expression of school culture and a key factor in successful school development.

Encounters and Retreat
The area Encounters and Retreat omprises spaces for interaction, community and relaxation within the school day. The canteen, cafeteria and assembly hall are key meeting places. They foster a sense of community and encourage students to identify with the school. The corridors, too, serve not only as passageways but also as communal spaces. Quiet rooms provide a peaceful and sheltered environment. The after-school care programme complements these facilities by offering reliable spaces for all-day care and leisure activities.
