Prevent Tables and benches for hallway areas

Corridors in schools can be used as learning and recreation areas – provided that the furniture used there meets certain requirements: it must leave sufficient space for emergency and escape routes, be robust and non-flammable or at least flame-retardant. It must not pose a trip hazard or risk of injury and must be securely fastened to the floor.

The slim tables and benches are made of powder-coated tubular steel. They are available in ten colours. The frame runs all the way around, and the standing tables have a foot rail integrated into the frame. This makes working while standing particularly ergonomic and relaxing. The table and seat tops are made of a mineral material with a grey-white surface and grey-black rounded edges.

All Prevent furniture is available in two heights and – except for the standing table – in several widths. It is fixed to the floor, vandal-proof and certified as non-combustible in accordance with fire protection class A2-s1 d0 according to DIN EN 13501-1.
