ALEA SCHOOL Bad Orb

ALEA SCHOOL is a place where children laugh and learn – surrounded by the rich nature of the Spessart region, with the wonders of flora and fauna right outside the classroom window and the Spechtswald forest within easy reach for excursions: a learning environment where curiosity and a thirst for knowledge flourish and where strong roots can grow into the soil of personality.

The Lindenallee campus is the ideal place for a spirit of discovery and curiosity. The two founding classes moved into the temporary campus at the start of the 2025/2026 school year and have filled it with life. The Lindenallee campus and its classrooms blend into the forward-looking ALEA architecture, with nature and botany playing an important role: wooden facades surrounded by trees and grasses, and plenty of light through generously proportioned windows.

Beyond regular school operations, the non-profit ALEA SCHOOL sees itself as an educational initiative for Bad Orb and the neighbouring communities of the Hessian Spessart: pupils from all schools can participate in the annual ALEA SCHOOL Summer Camp. In addition, the Senckenberg Society for Nature Research is an educational partner of the ALEA SCHOOL.

A Scandinavian look with wood and a view of greenery – this kind of atmosphere inspires learning. The asymmetrical Tano single table can be arranged in various shapes, such as a circle, which is ideal for group discussions.

Similar space, different perspective: the work area for learning guides is just as flexible as the Tano student desk. With the complementary mobile table, they can be right where they are needed.

Time for group or small group work? The Tano table is perfect for this too. Thanks to its shape, it can be arranged in almost any configuration and always offers sufficient space. Whiteboards invite you to visualise your work results directly.
