Even before the extension, the grammar school had been experimenting with new forms of learning for the middle school. Now the focus is on 'competency-based learning'. The four newly created classrooms each offer a home in the interior spaces, which are connected by a large marketplace in front of them. There are areas for teamwork, places for focused independent learning and an arena.
