‘Magic Cube’ is the name given to the new vocational school centre in Schweinfurt, which will open in June 2023. It is also magical because it offers space and rooms for a diverse school community: The BSZ offers five different types of school with various subject areas, which requires a large number of separate subject rooms in addition to classrooms. There is also a spacious area for the teaching staff.

The centrepiece of the four-storey building is the assembly hall with canteen and multi-purpose hall. The theory and practice rooms are compactly stacked on the three upper floors in a ring around a four-storey atrium and a spacious inner courtyard.

The building also focussed on sustainable and future-proof construction as well as accessibility.
